Správa a údržba IT infrastruktury

• Administrace a údržba síťové infrastruktury společnosti (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi)
• Konfigurace a správa síťových prvků (routery, switche, firewall)
• Monitoring síťového provozu a řešení síťových incidentů
• Podpora serverové infrastruktury (on-premise i cloud řešení)
• Zajištění bezpečnosti síťové infrastruktury a dodržování bezpečnostních standardů

Uživatelská podpora

• Technická podpora uživatelů při řešení IT problémů
• Instalace, konfigurace a údržba pracovních stanic a periferií
• Správa uživatelských účtů a přístupových práv

Projekty automatizace a AI

• Účast na projektech digitální transformace a automatizace procesů
• Spolupráce na implementaci AI nástrojů pro business aplikace
• Podpora integrace API a workflow automatizace
• Asistence při implementaci dokumentových management systémů

Dokumentace a compliance

• Vedení technické dokumentace síťové infrastruktury
• Zajištění souladu s regulatorními požadavky farmaceutického průmyslu (GxP standardy)
• Účast na IT auditech a inspekcích

Vzdělání a praxe

• Minimálně středoškolské vzdělání v oboru IT nebo příbuzném oboru (ideálně VŠ)
• Základní praxe v oblasti IT nebo síťových technologií (stáže, brigády, projekty vítány)
• Vhodné pro absolventy s technickým založením a zájmem o další rozvoj

Technické dovednosti

• Základní znalost síťových protokolů (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
• Orientace v síťových technologiích a architektuře
• Znalost operačních systémů Windows a základy Linux
• Výhodou znalost cloud platforem (Azure, AWS)
• Výhodou základy skriptování (PowerShell, Python) nebo práce s API
• Zájem o automatizaci a nové technologie včetně AI

• Analytické myšlení a schopnost řešit problémy

• Ochota učit se novým technologiím

Job description
IT infrastructure management and maintenance

• Administration and maintenance of the company's network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi)
• Configuration and management of network elements (routers, switches, firewalls)
• Monitoring network traffic and resolving network incidents
• Server infrastructure support (on-premise and cloud solutions)
• Ensuring network infrastructure security and compliance with security standards

User support

• Technical support for users in solving IT problems
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of workstations and peripherals
• Management of user accounts and access rights

Automation and AI projects

• Participation in digital transformation and process automation projects
• Collaboration on the implementation of AI tools for business applications
• Support for API integration and workflow automation
• Assistance with the implementation of document management systems

Documentation and compliance

• Maintenance of technical documentation for network infrastructure
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for the pharmaceutical industry (GxP standards)
• Participation in IT audits and inspections

What we expect from you
Education and experience

• At least a high school education in IT or a related field (ideally a university degree)
• Basic experience in IT or network technologies (internships, part-time jobs, projects welcome)
• Suitable for graduates with a technical background and an interest in further development

Technical skills

• Basic knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
• Knowledge of network technologies and architecture
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Linux basics
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) is an advantage
• Basics of scripting (PowerShell, Python) or working with APIs is an advantage
• Interest in automation and new technologies, including AI

• Willingness to learn new technologies
• Independence and proactive approach
• Interest in the pharmaceutical industry and regulated environment

Language skills

• Czech – active knowledge
• English – at least passive knowledge (working with documentation)
