Your tasks:

Own the design, setup, and continuous improvement of FP&A reporting, planning, and analytics tools to enable accurate forecasting, insightful analysis, and scalable decision-making across the organization.

• Own and optimize FP&A planning and reporting tools.
• Act as system owner for FP&A platforms and ensure system integration.
• Partner with BI to translate FP&A requirements into scalable solutions.
• Develop standardized reports, dashboards, and executive reporting.
• Build and maintain budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning models.
• Ensure data accuracy, governance, and reconciliation across systems.
• Drive automation and efficiency in planning and reporting processes.
• Support system implementations, upgrades, and user training.

Job requirements

• 5–10+ years of experience in FP&A, financial reporting, or financial systems roles
• Proven experience implementing and owning FP&A planning and reporting tools
• Strong hands-on expertise with FP&A and BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Jedox, Tableau)
• Advanced Excel skills and strong financial and data modeling capabilities
• Experience with data integration, ETL concepts, and system interfaces
• Ability to translate financial logic into robust system and data structures
• Hands-on, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset
• Fluent in English or German
