We are seeking four professionals to launch and shape the operations of our new warehouse in Mošnov. This role is ideal for candidates who have experience managing operational processes in the warehouse, such as inventory management, packaging, order processing, inbound/outbound shipping.

What will your role involve?

  • Lead and support the team on site, giving clear instructions and making sure daily tasks are completed safely and correctly.
  • Organise and oversee daily warehouse/plant operations to ensure work runs smoothly and on schedule.
  • Plan and improve work processes to make them safer, faster, and more efficient.
  • Work closely with the customer to understand daily requirements and address operational needs.
  • Make sure customer agreements, quality standards, and service expectations are met at all times.
  • Plan staffing and shifts, ensure the right number of people are available, and support training and development on site.
  • Motivate and engage the team, creating a positive, respectful, and performance-focused working environment.
  • Ensure all legal, safety, and health rules are followed, keeping the workplace safe for everyone.
  • Oversee equipment and tools, ensuring they are properly used and maintained.
  • Track performance, identify problems early, and support practical improvements on the shop floor.

What we expect from you:

  • Completed vocational training (technical), or equivalent hands-on work experience; further education is a plus but not required.
  • Additional practical training or certifications in operations, logistics, or technical areas are an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of how a business runs on a day-to-day basis and how decisions impact costs, quality, and performance.
  • Good knowledge of logistics processes, ideally with experience in automotive or transport logistics.
  • Awareness of local legal, safety, and quality rules, and the ability to apply them correctly on site.
  • Familiarity with quality standards and customer requirements (such as ISO 9001 or VDA 6.3) is a plus.
  • Comfortable using basic IT systems for daily work, reporting, and communication.
  • Basic English skills to communicate in an international working environment.
  • Experience leading teams on the shop floor, including setting expectations and ensuring standards are followed.
  • Experience running a site, department, or shift, with responsibility for performance, quality, and processes.
