We are seeking four professionals to launch and shape the operations of our new warehouse in Mošnov. This role is ideal for candidates who have experience managing operational processes in the warehouse, such as inventory management, packaging, order processing, inbound/outbound shipping.

What will your role involve?

• Develop and optimize processes along the logistics value chain.
• Lead and manage subordinate employees, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Oversee day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations and ensure smooth workflows.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards, quality guidelines, legal requirements, and occupational safety regulations.
• Coordinate personnel planning, availability, and development (training, performance reviews, coaching).
• Handle equipment and resource planning, including preventive or predictive maintenance when needed.
• Communicate directly with customers or stakeholders to understand operational requirements and expectations.
• Prepare for and participate in audits and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics within your area of responsibility.
• Support corrective action processes and implement improvement measures.
• Follow developments in the logistics/automotive field and integrate best practices into operations.

What we expect from you:

• Completed vocational training or technical/commercial degree
• Further training in relevant specialist areas (logistics, operations, process management)
• Strong knowledge in logistics, ideally automotive or industrial logistics
• Knowledge of standards such as DIN EN ISO 9001 and VDA 6.3
• Understanding of legal, quality, and safety requirements
• Leadership experience managing teams in an operational environment
• Strong MS Office skills
• Good communication in English and Czech
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• High sense of responsibility and a proactive approach to improvement
