We are seeking four professionals to launch and shape the operations of our new warehouse in Mošnov. This role is ideal for candidates who have experience managing operational processes in the warehouse, such as inventory management, packaging, order processing, inbound/outbound shipping.

What will your role involve?

• Oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations to ensure smooth and timely material flow.
• Coordinate and support team leaders, supervisors, and operational staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety, fire protection, quality, and internal process standards.
• Support the implementation of workflows, work instructions, and continuous improvement practices (CIP/KVP, 5S).
• Monitor operational KPIs and report performance results.
• Assist with planning resource needs (staff allocation, shift planning, equipment).
• Maintain clear communication with internal departments and external partners.
• Participate in audits and ensure proper documentation and process adherence.
• Support employee onboarding, training, and skill development.
• Help identify operational issues and propose corrective actions to improve efficiency.

What we expect from you:

• Completed vocational training or education in logistics, technical, or related fields
• Prior experience in warehouse or logistics operations
• Basic leadership or team coordination experience (e.g., team leader, coordinator, shift leader)
• Understanding of logistics processes, quality standards, and safety regulations
• Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel and Outlook)
• Good command of English and Czech
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Proactive mindset and willingness to take responsibility
