DP World is expanding its technical capabilities in the region, and we are looking for a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Mošnov. This role ensures reliable IT operations across the site while supporting global DP World plants through high‑quality first and second level technical support.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide first and second level support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and barcode scanners.
  • Deliver diagnostic support for desktops, WAN, LAN, and servers in collaboration with System and Network Engineering teams.
  • Maintain accurate site‑specific documentation for networks, servers, and end‑user devices.
  • Create and update work instructions, ensuring proper formatting and storage.
  • Participate in the global on‑call rotation and respond to alerts within required timeframes.
  • Monitor and act on service desk notifications, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Support onsite activities such as new site launches, server upgrades, and network refresh projects.

Your Profile:

  • Computer Science qualification or equivalent technical training and certifications.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to document processes clearly.
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration with IT teams, business leaders, and auditors.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Solid understanding of desktop hardware, operating systems, and software.
  • Good knowledge of network systems, protocols, and server environments.
  • Language skills: Czech and English.
