The Role: Front Office Hospitality Agent

As the face of The Cloud One Hotel, you'll be the first person our guests meet. Whether it's a warm smile at the reception or answering inquiries over the phone, you'll set the tone for their stay. We aim to make our guests—and our team members—feel genuinely welcomed and valued. Your role will be a perfect blend of guest interaction and behind-the-scenes efficiency. Key responsibilities include:

Seamlessly guiding guests from check-in to check-out, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay
Enriching their experience with your local knowledge and insider tips on the best the city has to offer
Managing guest communications via phone and email, handling reservations, overbooking situations, and finding alternative solutions
Handling invoicing, cash management, and other administrative tasks with accuracy and professionalism
Collaborating with our diverse, multicultural team, gaining insight into cross-departmental operations
