Allwyn is looking for a Senior IFRS & Consolidation Specialist to join our Finance team. We are seeking a team player who wants to learn and expand knowledge in areas IFRS and consolidation. We want a value-added contributor with the ability to deal with both routine and non-routine tasks who is proactive and responsible.

About the Managers
Anna Ramesova – Head of Financial Reporting & IFRS is overall responsible for financial reporting of the Group. She has been working at Allwyn for over 8 years. Before joining us, she was holding various group roles within Generali / PPF.
Tereza Rohnova – IFRS & Consolidation Team Leader is responsible for consolidation and will be your direct line manager. She has been working at Allwyn for over 4 years. Before joining us, she was holding various roles within KPMG Czech Republic.
Key activities and responsibilities:
- Collection, control and processing of data for consolidation from group companies
- Provide methodology support and consultancy to group companies in the application of group reporting guidelines
- Preparation and processing of quarter and year-end IFRS consolidation for the relevant sub-group
- Independent processing of more complex accounting areas (business combinations, impairments, FV measurements)
- Actively participating in IFRS team brainstorming over different accounting areas
- Cooperation and responsibility for updates of the consolidation system
- Cooperation and responsibility for the preparation of quarterly and annual IFRS consolidated financial statements and other reports for Allwyn Group
- Incorporating management comments to external reports
- Cooperation with external auditors
- Processing reports, analysis as required by the group
- Cooperation in time-management development and teamwork plan
What do you need to succeed?
- University education
- English (minimum B2, communicative level)
- Good working knowledge of MS office tools (Excel & Word is a must!)
- Experience with IFRS standards
- Good understanding of concept of consolidation
- Analytical minded and team player, willingness to learn new skills
- Advantage: experience in accounting, financial analysis or reporting
- Advantage: experience with SAP BPC/OneStream/Tagetik
- Advantage: expert knowledge of Excel (building of macros, automation, databases etc.)
