IT Solutions Analyst (m/f/d)

We are looking for a technically strong IT solutions professional to design, analyze, and deliver end‑to‑end WMS and system integrations across multiple sites. You will translate business and customer requirements into scalable, cost‑effective IT solutions while leading solution design and project execution.

What will your role involve?

• Manage and support internal and external customer IT and WMS functionality requests across multiple sites
• Lead and prioritize IT projects in collaboration with key stakeholders, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery
• Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Warehouse Management System (WMS), translating business and customer needs into effective solutions
• Design, review, and document functional specifications, including business analysis, gap analysis, and impact assessments
• Develop practical, efficient, and cost‑effective IT and engineering solutions aligned with operational, customer‑specific, and regulatory requirements
• Facilitate solution design workshops and serve as the central point of contact throughout the full project lifecycle
• Support RFQs, risk assessments (FMEAs), third‑party system integrations, and solution design reviews
• Coordinate and support testing phases (QA, SIT, UAT) and ensure successful implementation and stakeholder communication
   

What we expect from you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Computer Science or a related field
• 5+ years of experience delivering complex Warehouse Management, Supply Chain, and Logistics solutions within a 3PL or commercial WMS environment
• Strong experience implementing, configuring, and supporting ERP/WMS applications
• Proven expertise in database technologies (Progress, Oracle, SQL Server, PL/SQL) and Progress 4GL programming
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to design and evaluate effective technical solutions
• Excellent conceptual and solution design capabilities with a strong understanding of system fit and scalability
• Customer‑centric mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Willingness to travel up to 15–20% (primarily domestic, occasional international)
