Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and well-organized HR Specialist to join our team in Olomouc. As this is an international role, English is the primary working language and is mandatory. The position involves HR administration and close cooperation with foreign employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-day HR administration

Recruitment support and onboarding of new employees

Managing employee documentation and HR records

Handling registration and employment processes for foreign nationals (work permits, residence registration, communication with authorities)

Supporting employees and management in HR-related matters

Ensuring compliance with Czech labor law and internal procedures

Requirements:

Previous experience in an HR role

Fluent English – mandatory (daily working language)

Experience with registration/employment of foreign workers is a strong advantage

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Ability to work independently and take responsibility

Knowledge of Czech labor law is a plus
