We’re looking for a dedicated leader to elevate our CRM and data‑analysis capabilities in support of business development. Our Salesforce Sales Cloud is built on a global configuration, so the role focuses primarily on improving user adoption, designing an education & support program, creating advanced reports, dashboards and data analyses, and ensuring smart, efficient CRM management across the firm.

About your manager

Marek is a senior marketer who has fought many battles in international marketing—both offline and online, across commercial and public sectors. His mission is to guide the team in its endeavour to deliver excellence and steer it safely through troubled waters. When he’s not sketching ideas on a flipchart in a meeting room, he’s on mountain trails, among rock formations, or relaxing with a history book by the fireplace.

Job description & summary

Responsibilities :

  • CRM Support

Improve Salesforce adoption: user activity, data quality (contacts, opportunities, campaigns), and overall user comfort (minimising time spent in CRM).

  • CRM Training & Communication

Design and deliver an educational and motivational program (tips and tricks, best practices, quick wins).

  • CRM Interpretation

Turn Salesforce into a decision‑making foundation for leadership: reports, dashboards, pipelines, data analyses.

  • CRM Analytics

Deliver insights from market research, internal knowledge bases, public sources, and CRM itself.

  • Strategic Collaboration

Work with business and marketing teams to support commercial objectives and data‑driven decision‑making.

  • Team Leadership

Lead and develop a team of specialists to improve business processes and CRM adoption.

Key Activities:

  • Analyse data to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Create and manage reports and dashboards in Power BI, Excel, and Salesforce.

  • Train colleagues in CRM and data usage.

  • Manage and motivate a four‑member team (market research + Salesforce support).

Requirements

  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud at an intermediate level.

  • Understanding of sales processes and CRM data flows.

  • Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.

  • Fluent in Czech and English.

  • Strong organisational skills and experience in team leadership.
