PERSONALITY GROUP brings an unique careeer opportunity within PHARMA industry. For our client, international company operating in the pharmaceutical industry, we are exclusively hiring the position of Sales Manager for Czechia.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for accelerating commercial growth and strengthening market presence exclusively in the Czech Republic. The role focuses primarily on OTC products & dietary supplements, with future expansion into Rx products in the near future as part of the company’s pipeline. This position will lead a small local sales team and will report directly to the inspirative CEO CZ & SK. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a dynamic and growth-oriented pharmaceutical environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and execute a comprehensive Sales strategy for the Czech market to drive sustainable revenue growth in OTC and supplement categories
- Lead, coach, and develop a local sales team of up to four professionals, ensuring high engagement and performance
- Drive Business expansion by identifying new commercial opportunities, channels, and partnerships within the Czech market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, pharmacy chains, hospital segment, distributors, and other strategic stakeholders
- Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitive dynamics to optimize sales tactics and portfolio positioning
- Collaborate closely with marketing, regulatory, supply chain, and product teams to ensure effective campaign execution and product availability
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, performance analyses, and regular business updates for the CEO responsible for CZ and SK
- Implement structured sales processes, KPIs, and CRM discipline to improve pipeline visibility and efficiency
- Represent the company at local industry events, congresses, and professional meetings to strengthen brand awareness
- Collect and translate customer insights into actionable recommendations for portfolio development and future Rx launches
PERSONALITY REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
- Proven experience in Pharmaceutical or Healthcare sales within the Czech market, ideally in OTC and dietary supplements
- Demonstrated people leadership experience, including coaching and performance management
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate strategy into measurable results
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in Czech and English
- Passion for travelling within the Czech Republic
