For a well-established international organization operating in a regulated corporate environment, we are currently looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and coordination support to senior leadership.

The role


In this position, you will play a key part in ensuring the efficient daily operation of selected teams and senior stakeholders. The role combines classic executive assistance with coordination, process support, and internal collaboration across multiple functions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • End-to-end administrative support for senior managers, including calendar coordination, meeting preparation, and travel arrangements
  • Handling internal requests and approvals, including purchase and order processes through corporate systems
  • Monitoring documentation, workflows, and records in line with internal procedures and audit standards
  • Organizing meetings, workshops, and internal events, both virtual and on-site
  • Acting as a central communication point between leadership, internal teams, and external contacts, with a strong focus on discretion and professionalism

Your profile

  • Completed secondary education or university degree
  • Native Czech or Slovak speaker with fluent English for daily professional communication
  • Previous experience supporting senior leaders in an international environment
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Confident, service-oriented approach with the ability to work with sensitive information
  • Experience from a regulated or highly structured corporate environment is considered an advantage.
