Job Title: SIM Operations Agent (2 Positions available)

As part of our ongoing growth, we are building a reliable and structured operations team to ensure smooth daily processes and continuous development of new business areas.

Your Responsibilities

• Handling, inserting and organizing SIM cards
• Working with company hardware following structured procedures
• Scanning and documenting SIM cards
• Monitoring system status and reporting irregularities
• Performing simple technical tasks (e.g., reconnecting cables, restarting devices)
• Completing daily assigned tasks accurately
• Maintaining clear documentation
• Supporting the smooth daily workflow together with the team

Requirements

• Basic English communication skills
• Reliability, precision and responsible work attitude
• Ability to follow defined procedures
• Basic IT knowledge (Windows, simple troubleshooting)
• Basic Excel skills (data entry, simple tables)
• Good organizational skills
• Willingness to work in a shift system and on weekend

We Offer

• Full-time employment (40 hours per week)
• 3-month probation period with reduced salary
• Salary after probation: 35,000 CZK / month
