We are currently looking for an experienced HR Operations / P&O Service Delivery Specialist with Dutch or Flemish language skills to join a global HR Operations team supporting international employees.
What You’ll Be Doing
- End-to-end HR administration across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, contract changes, offboarding)
- Daily collaboration with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Benefits and external vendors
- Payroll input validation, benefits administration and support for employee queries
- Time & attendance administration and policy support
- Working with HR systems such as Workday, SAP HR or similar
- Ensuring data accuracy, SLA/KPI compliance and internal control standards (4-eye principle)
- Supporting audits and continuous process improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Shared Services
- Strong hands-on experience with employee lifecycle processes, payroll and benefits
- Confidence working in an international, matrix organization
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Experience with HRIS tools (Workday / SAP / ServiceNow – advantage)
Languages
- Dutch or Flemish – fluent (mandatory)
- English – fluent
- Czech is not required
