EFMD is a global, membership-driven organization, based in Brussels, with offices in Geneva, Hong Kong, Miami and Prague. As the largest international network association in the field of management development, the EFMD network includes over 950 members and reaches over 16,000 management development professionals from academia, business, public service and consultancy across 88 countries worldwide. EFMD plays a central role in shaping an international approach to management education and is a unique forum for information, research, networking, and debate on innovation and best practice in management development. EFMD provides an international platform to bring together leaders in the management education profession in order to reflect upon major issues that they have in common.

To strengthen our team in Prague, we are looking for a "Quality Services – EFMD Programme Accreditation Coordinator":

The candidate will be responsible for coordinating the EFMD accreditation processes and will be the first point of contact for Client Institutions to assist in managing the accreditation process from enquiry to accreditation. The candidate acts as the main point of contact between Client Institutions and EFMD to inform and guide applicant Institutions through the accreditation and accreditation renewal process, as well as take care of EFMD members and participants during various face-to-face and online events.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Engage in continuous dialogue with Client Institutions (Universities - Business Schools, etc.) to ensure a harmonious relationship with EFMD
  • Administrative support and assistance during the accreditation process from enquiry to accreditation: ensure that proceedings are recorded and relevant information communicated correctly
  • Liaise with QS Directors to execute the process matters
  • Responsible for related administrative tasks: coordination and preparation of seminars and workshops, able to deliver and produce presentations at an advanced level, organise and manage all event aspects (from preparing venue to an evaluation of event success)
  • Be innovative in raising awareness of high-quality learning experiences
  • Record keeping of the various QS processes including the database and digital archives, able to take the minutes and submit timely reports
  • Maintain communication with clients, managers, and colleagues by arranging continuing contacts and controlling administrative and technical aspects in accordance with management directives
  • Provide support to the organisation of Accreditation Board and Committee meetings

Profile:

  • Fluency in oral and written English is required, knowledge of another language is an advantage; ability to express complicated matters in written English when corresponding with Schools and other counterparts
  • An advanced university degree (Master's degree or equivalent) preferred; first-level university degree in combination with an additional experience may be accepted
  • Project management skills
  • Strong interpersonal, diplomatic and communication skills with all levels of people in a wide range of organisations
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong digital skills, with experience using Microsoft Office and online collaboration tools (e.g. Zoom, Slack)
  • Accurate, well organised, flexible, able to work independently with minimal supervision and in stress situations in a multi-task and international environment
  • Willingness to travel internationally when required
  • Excellent sense of service, good social skills and communication skills
  • Good team spirit and open-mindedness; Flexible, highly motivated team player with excellent networking, organisational and people skills
  • International work and study experience is a plus
  • Event management experience, especially with professional workshops and webinars is an advantage
  • Experience with quality assurance processes is an advantage
  • Interest in eLearning and innovative digital learning is a plus

The ideal candidate should be stress resistant and capable of dealing with multiple tasks at the same time. Position requires the availability to travel internationally when required. Start of the position is preferably during Spring 2026.
