Sales Support Specialist

Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, coordinating learning and development activities, and ensuring efficient data and information sharing.
Prepare, consolidate and maintain sales-related documenta and analyses in line with management requirements (e.g., SFDC sales performance, GPS reports, monthly attendance and commission reports, meeting minutes).
Support the preperation of commercial and tender offers, inc. reviewing contracts and documentation, and liaising with legal experts when necessary.
Contribute to the development of sales presentations, promotions materials and other sales tools.
Support sales team , Account Managers, and management in addressing and solving customer complaints in cooperation with other departments.
Ensure accurate contract entry, validation, and cross-checking in cooperation with Account Managers and Key Account Managers.
Provide full administrative and organizational support, perform other tasks as assigned by management or direct superior.
Essential:
Completed secondary school education
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales support, administrative, or customer service roles.
Professional knowledge of MS Office , CRM systems , preferably Salesforce
Capability to collect, process, and analyze data
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, teamwork abilities
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
