Want to do management consulting—but from inside a company? Join České Radiokomunikace and work on real strategic decisions in a business that powers the digital backbone of the Czech Republic—from broadcasting infrastructure to cloud, data centers, and IoT solutions.

You’ll collaborate directly with senior leadership, tackling complex challenges in a company that is rapidly evolving beyond traditional media into a modern ICT and cloud-driven player. We’re looking for a sharp, driven mind with the curiosity to learn fast, the courage to question how things work, and the energy to make them better.

What can you expect:

Be a part of Core Business Decisions

  • Help maintain, track, communicated and periodically update the company strategy.
  • Participate in the preparation of unique strategic analyses and documents for essential managerial decisions
  • Based on the instructions of senior management, prepare, compile and submit changes to the company's long-term business plan and maintain the detailed long-term planning model (Advanced Excel)
  • Cooperate with the Head of Business Strategy to create monthly reports for owners and board members
  • Support other departments (Sales, Finance, HR) in various projects (internal management consulting)

Expect Independent work under strategic mentorship

  • Experience in management consulting preferred, but not necessary. (Willingness to learn, internal desire to improve, leave no stone unturned)
  • 1:1 Mentoring by Head of Business Strategy paired with significant portion of autonomous independent work (non-monotonous dynamic tasks, opportunity to define own work)

What do we need:

  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Assistance with the preparation of strategic analyses and long-term business plans
  • Innovation of presentations and processes within your job position
  • Coordination of inputs into presentations and business models across the company
  • Focus on internal customers
  • Basics of financial and management accounting, knowledge of planning
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
  • English language at C1 level for communication with owners
  • Higher education
