We are currently opening a new key position within Blue Style to strengthen the management and optimisation of airline-related costs and operational processes.
This role will have a direct impact on profitability and commercial performance of our flight operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Active cooperation with the Yield department in setting and maintaining flight costs within the reservation system
Close collaboration with airlines to ensure correct cost allocation and billing in line with agreed commercial terms
Internal and supplier auditing of individual cost components
Monitoring and controlling airline incentive programs (governmental support, volume discounts, bonus schemes)
Participation in negotiations with aircraft and airline service providers
Route analysis and participation in airline service optimisation
Reporting and ongoing monitoring of airline cost performance
The role requires regular business travel to airline bases (Romania and other locations) as well as destination airports where services are provided.
Requirements:
Experience in airline cost management, aviation controlling, airline operations, or similar field
Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
Advanced Excel skills
Very good English (daily communication with international partners)
Commercial awareness and understanding of airline contractual structures
Willingness to travel
Nice to have:
Experience with flight cost management systems (e.g. KEOPS or similar)
