⭐ What You Will Do
You will take full ownership of our European sales expansion and build a high‑performance sales team:

  • Lead, build, and scale the sales team (hiring, coaching, KPIs, culture).
  • Maximize the potential of the Czech market.
  • Drive strategic expansion into Poland, Germany, and the Netherlands.
  • Acquire and grow B2B partnerships: distributors, beverage/foodservice chains, retail, manufacturers.
  • Create and execute sales strategy, forecasting, reporting and pricing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with management & R&D on new product development based on market demand.
  • Represent the company at international fairs, meetings and partner events.


⭐ Who We’re Looking For
A strategic and hands‑on sales leader who enjoys building, scaling, and winning.

Required experience

  • Proven track record in B2B food/beverage sales (Czech market + ideally CEE region).
  • Experience opening or developing new international markets (PL/DE/NL strong advantage).
  • Strong leadership capability — you know how to build and manage a sales team.
  • Ability to combine hunter mindset (new business) with farmer mindset (key account growth).
  • Confident working with data, margins, forecasting and performance targets.

Languages

  • Czech — fluent
  • English — advanced/professional
  • Polish or German — major advantage

Other requirements

  • Willingness to travel across Europe
  • High ambition, ownership, strategic thinking
