Mancala Gaming is seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales Manager to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively expand Mancala Gaming’s client base through lead generation and acquisition (both online and in-person);
  • Conduct business negotiations, close sales, and prepare contracts;
  • Establish and develop long-term relationships with customers, driving ongoing business opportunities;
  • Attend and represent Mancala Gaming at international trade fairs and industry events (both online and offline);
  • Collaborate closely with the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to meet sales targets and strategic goals;
  • Address business challenges by identifying solutions that ensure deal closures;
  • Create compelling commercial proposals to secure new business;
  • Manage client relationships and track progress using our CRM system;
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with accounting requirements;
  • Stay updated on market trends and expand your professional network.


Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in client acquisition and sales deal closure;
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills across multiple online communication channels (e.g., email, Zoom, Slack);
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Ability to develop long-lasting business relationships;
  • Willingness to travel internationally for events and meetings;
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2 level);
  • Native-level fluency in any additional language is a plus;
  • Solid understanding of CRM systems;
  • Capability to handle business uncertainties and propose effective solutions.


Desired Skills:

  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence;
  • Experience in B2B sales, especially in iGaming, software, platform solutions, or SaaS industries;
  • Track record of successfully closing deals and meeting sales targets;
  • Experience participating in trade shows and professional industry events.
