???? We Are Looking for an Equipment Engineer Who Drives Manufacturing Excellence

Join our Electronic Manufacturing Center / Assembly Workshop as an Equipment Engineer and help us keep our production lines running efficiently, reliably, and on time.

????️ Your Responsibilities

• Lead the introduction, validation, commissioning, acceptance, and release of new production lines and equipment
• Cooperate with suppliers and engineering technology centers during equipment debugging and production ramp-up
• Plan and implement technical upgrades of production lines and equipment
• Drive continuous improvement of production efficiency (automation, lean solutions, UPH improvement)
• Monitor equipment health, troubleshoot issues, and reduce downtime below 2%
• Analyze equipment failures and implement preventive measures
• Prepare technical documentation in line with MES validation and internal standards
• Train, coordinate, and support equipment technicians

???? What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics
• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance and improvement of manufacturing or electronics production lines
• At least 2 years of experience in equipment automation development and management
• Strong technical background:
  - Electrical: PLC systems, HMI/touchscreens, configuration software
  - Mechanical: CAD / SolidWorks / Catia / ProE or similar (Beneficial, but not mandatory)
• Ability to work with technical documentation (PDM experience is an advantage)
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Continuous improvement and learning attitude
