We are looking for an experienced HR Manager who will focus on operational HR functions and lead a team of HR professionals. The role involves managing payroll, HR administration, and providing support to employees in various HR-related matters.


What Will Be Your Future Responsibilities?

  • Manage a team of HR professionals and oversee day-to-day HR operations.
  • Prepare and cooperate with external company on processing payroll for employees accurately and timely.
  • Support recruitment processes when needed – especially senior roles
  • Handle HR administration tasks, including employee records management.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal regulations and their regular update when needed.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, such as labour law, compensation and benefits, performance management, and HR policies.
  • Collaborate with Global HR and senior management on HR initiatives and projects.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.

What Do We Require?

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role in all HR areas.
  • Strong knowledge of Labour Law, payroll processing and HR administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices.
  • High level English language skills.
  • Computer proficiency: Proficiency in using office software applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email systems, and online communication tools.
  • Experience with work with SAP/Success Factors, RON or OK base systems is an advantage.
