We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically minded FP&A Analytics Support Analyst to join our FP&A Technology & Analytics team.

This role provides day-to-day analytical and operational support across FP&A systems, reporting tools, and data processes to ensure accurate, consistent, and timely financial information.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career finance or analytics professional to develop strong technical and FP&A capabilities in a dynamic, data-driven environment.

Main responsibilities

  • Provide daily operational support for FP&A tools such as IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), Power BI, Cognos, and Excel.
  • Perform routine data checks, validations, and reconciliations to ensure system and data integrity.
  • Maintain and update standard FP&A Excel templates and support recurring management reporting.
  • Assist with data extraction, preparation, and basic data quality checks.
  • Support development and refresh of reports and dashboards, including ad-hoc analysis.
  • Provide first-level user support and maintain process documentation and user guides.
  • Assist with system testing, automation initiatives, and FP&A analytics projects.

Requirements

  • Strong Excel skills and exposure to reporting or analytics tools (TM1, Power BI, Cognos); SQL exposure is a plus.
  • Good analytical and data-handling skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Interest in FP&A systems, financial data flows, and reporting standards.
  • Ability to manage routine tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Initial professional experience or internship in Finance, FP&A, Business Analysis, or Data Analytics.
