What We Offer

• Work that is far from routine – flight planning across various aircraft types, using multiple planning systems, and covering destinations worldwide
• Primarily 12-hour shifts in a 24/7 continuous operation (you will know your shift schedule well in advance, and adjustments are possible upon agreement)
• Full initial training and ongoing professional development, including support for both personal and career growth (with opportunities to progress within the dispatch team from Trainee to Junior to Senior Dispatcher)

Your Responsibilities

• Planning irregular and private flights worldwide, including special missions or delivery flights (we cooperate with several aircraft manufacturers)
• Analyzing and preparing flights (route selection, obtaining overflight and landing permits, arranging ground handling and other related services), monitoring and evaluating ongoing flights
• Preparing flight documentation for crew members
• Communicating with clients and business partners across the globe
• Coordinating and communicating with flight personnel and other internal departments

We’re Looking for You If…

• You are a team player but can also make independent operational decisions
• You have a high school or university degree (ideally in transportation/tourism, but we also welcome aviation enthusiasts from other fields)
• You enjoy varied work, you’re comfortable with shift patterns, and you’re eager to learn new things
• You have a very good command of English (for communication with VIP clients and business partners worldwide); another world language is an advantage
• You work in a systematic way, have a multicultural mindset, and can anticipate various scenarios
• You are confident working with a PC (MS Office, database tools, and company information systems – following training)
