Job description

Supply Chain Performance & Customer Service

Lead and monitor site Supply Chain performance (OTD, OTIF, MPS adherence, stock turns, inventory accuracy, etc.).
Drive root‑cause analysis and improvement plans to ensure on‑time customer delivery.
Act as a key operational interface with customers and program managers.

Planning & Requirements Management

Oversee the full MRP2 planning cycle: S&OP, MPS, MRP, detailed scheduling.
Ensure the reliability of planning data and master data integrity.
Anticipate production needs through load vs. capacity analysis.

Logistics Flow Management

Supervise inbound and outbound flows, transport, customs, and export compliance.
Ensure accurate and timely line feeding, stock entries, and shipments.
Guarantee stock accuracy through inventories and corrective actions.

Ordering & Stock Optimization

Secure component availability while optimizing stock levels and turnover.
Monitor supply performance and coordinate with internal and central teams.
Identify supply risks and implement mitigation plans.

Process Excellence

Deploy and continuously improve Supply Chain standards and processes.
Lead improvement projects at site or multi‑site level depending on the role’s scope.

People Leadership

Set clear goals, coach and develop team members.
Ensure skills growth, versatility, and succession planning.
Foster a culture of discipline, communication, and continuous improvement.

Requirement

Strong command of Supply Chain, Production, and MRP2 principles (APICS appreciated).
Proficiency in SAP and analytical/reporting tools.
Solid understanding of end‑to‑end logistics flows.
Project management and risk management experience.
Master’s degree in Supply Chain or related field (Bac +4/5).
