Česká zbrojovka a.s. is looking for a new colleague for the Marketing Division in Uherský Brod. Become our Market Intelligence & Pricing Lead!

Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for customizing and adopting Salesforce CRM at Česká zbrojovka and subsequently at Colt CZ Group
• Global pricing for existing and new CZ products and accessories
• Benchmarking prices in individual markets – ongoing price adaptation
• Analysis of marketing campaigns and launches
• Creation of data for product strategies - Cooperation with front-end salespeople and product management
• Conducting marketing and customer surveys
• Creation of databases and monitoring of market shares
• Other analytical support for marketing

Ideal candidate:

• University education, preferably in finance
• Experience in the field (min. 3 years)
• Knowledge of Power BI, Qualtrics, Salesforce CRM
• Excellent knowledge of Czech and English
• Interest in firearms, firearms license is an advantage
