Your Responsibilities

Operational Management

• Full responsibility for the performance of all contracts in terms of quality, efficiency, compliance, and client satisfaction
• Active involvement in contract management when needed (escalations, changes, key client meetings)
• Implementation and enforcement of unified operational standards

People Leadership

• Direct leadership of Key Account Managers
• Setting clear roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations
• Performance management, development, and regular feedback
• Implementation of organizational and, where necessary, personnel changes

Transformation and Standardization

• Unifying different approaches across contracts
• Participation in the development and implementation of operational standards
• Establishing cross-contract backup and cooperation models
• Creating template solutions for new contracts
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Close cooperation with HR, Finance, and Sourcing
• Involvement in budgeting and efficiency monitoring
• Potential overlap with business development activities, depending on future role evolution

Who We Are Looking For

• A senior manager with a background in facility management, ideally with outsourcing experience
• A strong people leader with experience managing senior managers
• A professional combining strategic perspective with the ability to work hands-on when needed
• A leader capable of driving change and enforcing standards, even in challenging situations
• A results-oriented manager with strong business and client focus
