We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Manufacturing Quality Engineer to join our team in Nišovice. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that manufacturing processes meet the highest quality standards while driving continuous improvement initiatives across production operations.

You will collaborate closely with production, engineering, supply chain, and quality teams to maintain compliance, reduce defects, and improve overall product performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve manufacturing processes to ensure product quality and compliance with specifications
• Lead root cause analysis for internal and external quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Develop and maintain quality documentation, control plans, PFMEA, and work instructions
• Support new product introduction (NPI) and process validation activities
• Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with ISO and customer requirements
• Analyze quality data, KPIs, and trends to drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related concerns
• Participate in customer audits and support quality reporting

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Quality, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field)
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing quality or process engineering
• Strong knowledge of quality tools (8D, FMEA, SPC, MSA, Root Cause Analysis, Lean, Six Sigma)
• Experience with ISO 9001 or other relevant quality management systems
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
• Willingness to travel up to 20% within Europe
