???? Role Description
As our Prague office expands into new markets, we are looking for a Client Acquisition Specialist (to become Key Account Manager) with professional fluency in English and one of the following languages: Spanish, Czech, Polish or Lithuanian, to join our growing international team.
This role focuses primarily on phone-based communication (20 calls a day), involving cold calls and outreach to potential clients as well as to landlords. Your goal will be to grow our client portfolio and coordinate accommodation solutions across Europe (while providing your clients with quotations).
???? Main Responsibilities
- Independently acquire new clients through cold calling.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with your own acquired clients & follow up on leads provided by the company.
- Present and sell Nordic Apartrent’s accommodation solutions to potential clients.
- Contact local landlords across Europe to coordinate accommodations tailored to clients’ needs.
- Negotiate prices and send quotations.
- Log all activities and interactions in our CRM system.
✅ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business (alternatively: Sales experience), Communication, Sales, Tourism, or similar.
- Fluency in English and 1 of the following languages: Spanish, Czech, Polish or Lithuanian (professional level or native speaker).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Events Management, Sales, Business Development or similar.
- Eagerness to grow with a pilot project in an expanding market and be a part of a growing international team.
- Willingness to travel across Europe for business purposes.
- Willingness to work onsite at our coworking office in Prague 1 (Wenceslas square).
- Valid work permit for the Czech Republic or EU citizenship.

Base salary: 480 000 CZK gross/year (fixed)
Commission (paid on quarterly bases, after training):300 000 CZK gross/year (Based on performance, assuming 100% of sales targets achieved) = 75 000 CZK gross/quarter
Possibility to achieve commission is after the end of 3-month training during which you are eligible to the fix salary of 40 000 CZK/gross/month.
Your bonus/commission will increase accordingly: the better your performance, the higher your earnings.
