What you’ll actually do
You won’t sit and wait for leads.
You will:
- Build your own client base (calls, networking, referrals, smart prospecting)
- Win exclusive listings
- Negotiate deals
- Guide clients through transactions from first contact to closing
- Work with both Czech and international clients
- Use modern tools, CRM and tech-driven sales processes
- Be treated like an independent professional, not an employee
You’ll be part of a small, ambitious launch team.

What we expect from you
Real estate experience is not required.
Sales instinct is.
This is a people business. You will meet clients, negotiate, manage expectations, handle pressure and close deals. You must genuinely enjoy working with people and be comfortable taking the lead in conversations.
You should:
- Speak fluent Czech and have strong English (the interview will be in English)
- Be confident starting conversations with new people every day
- Stay calm under pressure and handle rejection without losing energy
- Be comfortable with commission-only income
- Be structured, reliable and loyal to the team
- Be able to manage a full transaction from first call to closing
