Are you proactive, technically minded, and eager to be involved in the full product lifecycle within a manufacturing environment? Connect Group is looking for a Product Engineer to join our engineering team and contribute to the successful development and industrialization of products, from RFQ to production.
About the Role
As a Product Engineer, you will support the engineering activities related to product implementation and production. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient product launch, technical accuracy, and smooth production processes.
Key Responsibilities
Support RFQ activities, including cost calculations and feasibility analysis
Manage the creation and validation of new products and components in the system
Coordinate product implementation in production, including initial production runs
Collaborate closely with Project Engineers, Purchasing, and Production teams
Support engineering changes and ensure proper documentation and implementation in production
Coordinate drawing preparation and updates with the CAD/AutoCAD team
Review and approve new or modified technical drawings
Identify opportunities for product and process improvements
Support troubleshooting activities during product development and manufacturing
Provide technical support and guidance to production teams during product launch
What You Bring
Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or similar)
Experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment is an advantage
Good understanding of manufacturing processes and technical documentation
Ability to work with cost calculations and feasibility assessments
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office tools
Familiarity with CAD software and ERP systems is a plus
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive working style
Fluent in English - both written and spoken
