About the Role
Are you a problem-solver with strong technical skills and a passion for troubleshooting complex IT issues? Join our team as a Support Engineer Mid, where you’ll handle escalated incidents, mentor junior staff, and ensure smooth IT operations across both office and production environments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on technical challenges, values collaboration, and wants to make a real impact on manufacturing uptime and IT service quality.
Key Responsibilities
Incident Resolution & Troubleshooting
Resolve escalated IT incidents that first-level support cannot handle, including advanced
troubleshooting of PCs, MES applications, and network connectivity issues.
Perform root cause analysis for recurring problems and implement permanent fixes.
Vendor & Cross-Team Coordination
Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams to resolve complex issues.
Assist in deploying and configuring specialized IT/OT systems for the plant.
Knowledge Sharing & Process Improvement
Create troubleshooting guides and update the knowledge base.
Mentor junior support engineers and contribute to ITIL-based process improvements.
Security & Device Management
Manage endpoint security alerts and device compliance in coordination with the security team.
Handle device enrollment and remote actions via MDM tools (e.g., Intune, ManageEngine).
What We’re Looking For
Education: Degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience: 2-3 years in IT support, with exposure to advanced troubleshooting and Microsoft 365 administration
Skills:
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365 Admin Center, and endpoint security tools
Familiarity with ITIL practices and monitoring tools (e.g., PRTG)
Languages:
Local language - Proficient
English - Proficient
Nice to Have
Basic networking and server knowledge (Fortinet, Meraki)
PowerShell scripting for automation
Experience with MES or ERP client-side troubleshooting
