We’re looking for motivated Maintenance Engineer to join the manufacturing team at VYNCKE Dynamics. In this role, you’ll contribute directly to the production of core components such as combustion grates and fuel feeding systems for the energy plants we deliver worldwide. You’ll ensure the smooth operation and reliability of machinery, equipment, and systems, with a focus on both preventive and corrective maintenance. You’ll report directly to the Manufacturing Manager.

ABOUT THE JOB

• Take ownership of maintenance plans for machinery and equipment, ensuring smooth operations and optimal performance.
• Keep all equipment documentation up to date and make sure inspections, revisions, and safety checks are completed on time.
• Coach operators on daily maintenance practices and implement proactive solutions to prevent downtime.
• Lead the installation and setup of new machinery, coordinating connections, transportation, and transfer protocols.
• Manage service agreements and the inventory of equipment and critical spare parts, ensuring availability and cost-efficient maintenance.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to align maintenance activities with production goals and health & safety compliance, and support continuous improvements in efficiency, safety, ergonomics, and working conditions.

ABOUT YOU

• Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering.
• Have at least 5 years of experience in a similar maintenance or engineering role.
• Be open-minded and eager to explore new technologies, automation, and digitalization improvements.
• Be hands-on, with a strong focus on quality and a structured approach to work.
• Be fluent in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
