Global HRIS Process Expert – Opportunity Marketplace (SAP SuccessFactors)
Are you a hands-on SAP SuccessFactors expert who understands talent systems beyond theory? We are looking for a strong HRIS professional who not only designs solutions, but actively configures, integrates, and implements them.
This role requires real system ownership — from architecture thinking to detailed configuration.
Your Mission
You will act as the global owner of the Opportunity Marketplace module within SAP SuccessFactors, with a strong focus on Talent and Skills architecture.
You will:
- Lead the global implementation of Opportunity Marketplace end-to-end
- Perform hands-on configuration across Talent & Skills modules
- Design and maintain skill profile structures (Talent Intelligence Hub or similar)
- Ensure proper system integration with Recruiting, Performance, and Employee Central
- Define and oversee integration points across the HR ecosystem
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical configurations
- Validate system implications of design decisions across modules
- Manage upgrades, releases, and system stability
- Present solutions to senior stakeholders with clear business impact
- This is not a coordination-only role — we expect deep system expertise and configuration ownership.
What You Bring
- 2+ years of proven hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience
- Strong configuration experience within Talent modules (especially Skills, Opportunity Marketplace, Talent Intelligence Hub or similar)
- Solid understanding of cross-module implications and integrations
- Experience leading or actively contributing to full-cycle implementations
- Ability to assess system architecture impacts across HR modules
- Advanced English and confidence working in a global setup
- A structured, solution-oriented mindset
- Experience with global rollouts is a strong advantage.
