We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our dynamic team in an international environment. This position is ideal for someone who has a genuine interest in Human Resources and is eager to further develop their professional knowledge and skills in the HR field.
Although we operate in a multicultural setting and communicate daily in English, this position requires strong command of the Czech language and the ability to work confidently with Czech documentation and legislation.
Key responsibilities:
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the HR department
- Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases
- Assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Preparing employment contracts, amendments, other HR documentation
- Communicating with employees in both Czech and English
Requirements:
- Previous experience in HR administration or a strong interest in starting a career in HR
- Excellent communication skills in English (daily communication with foreign employees) and Czech
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good knowledge of MS Office
