We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our dynamic team in an international environment. This position is ideal for someone who has a genuine interest in Human Resources and is eager to further develop their professional knowledge and skills in the HR field.

Although we operate in a multicultural setting and communicate daily in English, this position requires strong command of the Czech language and the ability to work confidently with Czech documentation and legislation.

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to the HR department
  • Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases
  • Assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Preparing employment contracts, amendments, other HR documentation
  • Communicating with employees in both Czech and English

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in HR administration or a strong interest in starting a career in HR
  • Excellent communication skills in English (daily communication with foreign employees) and Czech
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
