Join Our Team as a Scrum Master!

Are you passionate about Agile? Do you have a keen sense of organization, excellent communication skills, and a drive to deliver exceptional results?

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team! As a Scrum Master, you will play a vital role in adoption and adaptation of Agile Working Methods, in accordance with the Agile Values, Principles, Practices and Tools to ensure an efficient and continuous workflow in the Tribe.

What will you do:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and rituals to create an environment where the Tribe is efficient and collaborates seamlessly,
• Coach and guide the team in Agile principles and Scrum framework
• Orchestrate the removal of impediments to ensure iterative and timely delivery to create high-value products
• Ensure good communication and coordination between the Tribe Squads and with stakeholders
• Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize and refine the backlog
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement

What do you need:

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role
• Experience in SW Development for customers facing applications
• Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum framework, and Kanban
• JIRA and Confluence knowledge
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Fluent English to communicate with colleagues within EMEA Region
• Ability to work independently, but yet a good team player
