Second Foundation is a global energy trading company with around 450 employees across locations in Prague HQ (CZ), Zug (CH), Berlin (DE), Charlotte (USA), and Tokyo (JP). We specialize in trading in power markets and integrating and optimizing renewable energy and battery storage systems. We are actively expanding our own asset base, with a primary focus on battery storage.

We are currently seeking an Junior HR Coordinator who excels at managing key administrative tasks and is excited about supporting our growing initiatives. If you're passionate about fostering a positive workplace and contributing to a dynamic, forward-thinking company, we’d love to hear from you!

What you would work on?

  • Ensuring the on-boarding/off-boarding agenda.
  • Comprehensive employee care throughout the duration of their employment with the Group – in Czech Republic and abroad.
  • Preparing and managing the paperwork related to foreign employees.
  • Day-to-day work with the HR system.
  • Benefits administration.
  • Ensuring day-to-day communication with employees.

What makes you a great candidate?

  • University education (degree in HR, business, or related field is a nice-to-have).
  • Experience with HR agenda is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
  • Familiarity with Czech labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Communicative English and fluent Czech.
