Team summary

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced Expert in Strategic Brand Partnerships & Cooperations. In this role, you will be responsible for strategically evaluating, developing, and managing partnerships between VW Group Brands and external brands - primarily for marketing and business‑building purposes. We are looking for an Expert with proven know‑how in establishing and steering brand partnerships.

Possible tasks in this role

• Strategic evaluation of partnership and cooperation potential in VW Group
• Development, refinement, and documentation of processes for all Brand Partnership & Cooperation activities
• Creative concept development for partnership initiatives, either independently or with agencies.
• Operational management of existing partnerships, ensuring smooth delivery and alignment
• Continuous improvement of established partnerships to increase value, efficiency, and brand impact
• End-to-end project management, including planning, timeline supervision, stakeholder alignment, and milestone
• Budget monitoring, cost tracking, financial overview, and alignment with internal approval processes
• Development of project strategies, solution proposals, and action plans ensuring success of the overall program
• Creation, editing, and maintenance of project materials

Qualification requirements

• Proven experience in Brand Partnerships, Marketing Cooperations, Strategic Partnerships, or related areas.
• Demonstrated references of previous partnership projects
• Strong strategic thinking combined with practical project management skills
• Strong understanding of marketing, brand identity, cobranding, and partner value creation
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with SAP/EBP/AEPS is an advantage
• Excellent English skills; additional languages (CZ/DE) are a plus
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation abilities
