Key Responsibilities

• Full management and control of company cash flows
• Budget preparation and annual financial planning
• Plan vs. actual (variance) analysis
• Payment planning and treasury management
• Preparation of internal management reports
• Cooperation with banks (letters of credit, corporate financing, trade finance instruments)
• Active involvement in day-to-day business operations and financial decision-making
• Support and oversight of accounting processes
• Financial compliance

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance/accounting
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation
• Experience in budgeting and financial planning
• Proven experience in companies with large turnover and high transaction volume
• Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, pivot tables, complex formulas)
• Experience with accounting systems such as ABRA and Gelios is an advantage
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to work closely with business operations and management
