As a Central Distribution Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient supply chain operations, with a strong focus on stock availability and service level. You will act as a central point of contact, coordinating daily activities across distribution, customer service, demand planning teams, 3PL partners, and other stakeholders.

Your mission will be to drive operational excellence by planning and coordinating co-packing activities, setting inbound priorities, managing stock flows between warehouses, monitoring availability and out-of-stock risks, and delivering clear inventory reporting to support business decisions.

What will be your responsibilities:

  • Preparation of the co-packing plan based on the Sales Forecast and monitoring of its execution by 3PL
  • Execution of shipments to the secondary warehouses (other GSEB locations in Europe)
  • Monitoring of out-of-stock level and looking for solutions and providing visibility to SC local teams
  • Management of priorities for inbound – coordination with sea forwarder
  • Reporting related to the stock projections
  • Tracking and monitoring of the inbound purchase orders with delays
  • Follow up on the execution of phase in/out – sharing information about fist supply of new products and monitoring of the product status update in the system (master data)
  • Participate in continuous improvement meetings and problem-solving workshops.

What you'll need:

  • Highschool or university degree in Supply Chain or Business Management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Some experience or internships in demand planning, supply chain management, or related fields is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with distribution or inventory management is beneficial.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with a focus on learning and improving processes.
  • Basic problem-solving skills with a desire to develop a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to learn SAP-APO and other relevant tools (e.g., QlikSense).
  • Advanced Excel skills (VLookups, IF formulas, Pivot Tables, data tables and graphs, etc.)
  • Initiative, reliable and team player
  • Fluent in English
  • Knowledge of SAP, Qlik are a plus
