“Be the Voice for French Dealers: Support, Solutions & AR Coordination”
Dealers Support and AR Collection Coordinator

For our client, a leading international company with its European Headquarters in Prague, we are seeking a skilled and communicative professional to join their team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for French dealers regarding orders, delivery times, and billing
- Managing and prioritizing orders to ensure smooth stock allocation and timely processing
- Proactively following up on open orders to guarantee completion
- Coordinating the discount and real order approval process to support effective commercial pricing
- Handling timely billing and ensuring accurate invoicing
- Overseeing the collection of receivables and facilitating AR dispute resolution
- Preparing and delivering daily, weekly, and monthly AR reports
- Collaborating closely with Supply Chain, Credit, Sales, Product Line, and Risk Departments to ensure customer satisfaction and manage credit exposure
What we are looking for:
- Fluent French and English (both written and spoken are a must)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a B2B, ideally international, environment
- SAP knowledge is required
- Strong computer skills and ability to work with reports and data
- Excellent communication skills, customer orientation, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- A positive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
- University degree preferred but not essential
