Our applications are desktop as well as cloud and enable structural engineers in more the 125 countries worldwide to accurately design structural members, which they had estimated before. Our Chief Executive Officer, Juraj Sabatka, is the EY Technology Entrepreneur of the Year 2020 in the Czech Republic.
As a Growth Marketer, you will focus on everything related to websites. This means that you and your colleagues will keep everything up to date in terms of language mutations, SEO, and lead generation. Identifying and implementing strategies to drive business growth across all stages of the customer funnel. Your role includes experimenting with different marketing channels, optimizing campaigns, and using data to improve acquisition, activation, and retention.
What will you do?
Caring for the website, including its architecture, content creation process, and performance metrics
High focus on analyzing the performance of the website and making data-driven decisions
Cross-channel optimization: marketing automation (HubSpot), SEO, Ads, organic traffic, and finding new sources
Responsible for our social profiles (LinkedIn and YouTube)
Managing and optimizing our marketing technology stack to increase lead generation and customer retention
Actively contributing to marketing and sales strategy
Coordinating events organized by IDEA StatiCa - Partner Summit, Annual company meeting
Cooperating with Customer Care and Channel Sales teams. Ensuring its consistency in design, content, and value proposition
Marketing support of 3-5 IDEA StatiCa resellers in EMEA/AMER
You will be part of the Product Marketing team - 5 people, including you
Cooperating with our external suppliers
What are the requirements?
Min. 5 years of experience in marketing (ideally in the software industry)
Technology enthusiasm - the ability to learn how to use IDEA StatiCa applications at an applicable level and understanding the principles of software for structural engineers
Proven experience with large website content projects
Experience with multilingual websites and content management systems
Experience with localization and translation processes with SEO impact
Lead generation, inbound and outbound techniques, generating leads from cold contacts
Willingness to operate in an autonomous team as a “Teal company”
High level of analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent oral and written English - C1
