Within the group, Orascoptic is a dental loupes business that is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing customer service to dental professionals and our sales representatives in Europe.


What is your role going to look like?

  • As a member of the European team, you will be supporting primarily the Spanish, Portuguese, English, and Irish markets.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for our clients, handling their requests, orders, and possible complaints.
  • Work with or assist cross-functional departments within the company.
  • You will cooperate with our manufacturing facility in Jicin and the sales team for the related markets.
  • A big part of your day will involve order management – receiving, monitoring, reviewing, and processing customer orders in Oracle and SAP.
  • You can expect to receive requests primarily via email (CRM), via phone, and via Teams chat.

What will you bring?

  • C2 / Native level of Spanish and a fluent level of Portuguese and English.
  • Customer centric approach
  • Good communication skills (efficient, friendly and positive)

  • Experience or ability to learn CRM and ERP tools
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
