Our Client: Japanese International High-Tech Automotive comany in Praha looking for Polish speaker - Administration & Accounting, Sales Support Specialist
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work in international team in Automotive company.
Location: Praha 6 Czech
Polish Speaker Asistent/ka administrativy a účetnictví pro japonskou společnost - japonský japonská firma
Duties:
- Accounting assistant
- Communication with outside Accounting Company to make financial report on time(including sending invoices and input data to excel)
Receive Payment on time
Make payment on time (via online banking system)
Preparing audit documents5)Update accounting related excel files periodically (daily,weekly,monthly)
- Sales Assistant
- Receive / Issue invoice/credit note/Debit Note
- Update tracking sheet
- Update necessary excel sheet
- Administration Assistant
- Responsible for office supply (stationary, furniture, PC,Printer Phone,namecard)
- General Office Duties
- Back office needs ( Travel ticket , accommodation etc)

Requirements for a suitable candidate:
- - Fluent in English and Polish
- - Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel (e.g. use of pivot tables)
- and PowerPoint
- - Ability to process different kind of data

- - Attention to detail
- - Great organizing skills
- - Great communication skill
