To continue scaling, we are looking for a Head of Sales for our Skvot project. You will take full ownership of leading a phone-based sales team working exclusively with marketing-generated leads. This is not cold calling - we work with high-quality inbound demand, where speed of response, quality of communication, and the ability to turn interest into meaningful sales make the difference.
You’ll have the opportunity to build your own team, set up processes, work with data and KPIs, and directly influence business growth across three brands.
What will you be responsible for?
Leading, developing, and scaling a phone-based sales team working with inbound / marketing leads
Recruiting sales reps and onboarding new hires to reach productivity as quickly as possible
Daily performance management: call quality, conversion rates, lead response time, revenue
Setting, tracking, and evaluating KPIs (conversion rate, lead-to-sale, revenue per rep, SLA with marketing, etc.)
Results analysis and regular data-driven decision-making - no gut feelings, only numbers
Creating and optimizing sales processes (lead handling, follow-ups, pipeline management)
Organizing team workflows using CRM systems and IP telephony
Close collaboration with marketing - feedback on lead quality, campaigns, and target audiences
Cooperation with project managers and product teams - transferring market insights
Coaching, call listening, and providing structured feedback
Continuous innovation of the sales process to increase efficiency and revenue
This role will be a great fit if you:
Have 2+ years of experience as a Team Leader or Head of Sales, including managing your own team
Have hands-on experience with phone-based sales (call-driven sales)
Are fluent in Czech and have English at B2+ level to communicate with our international team
Have proven results in optimizing sales processes and increasing revenue
Thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy challenging goals
Are strongly data- and numbers-oriented
Show initiative and don’t wait to be told what to do
Know how to use effective sales and negotiation tools
Understand that marketing and sales must work as one team
Can analyze performance and provide clear, actionable feedback
Are an ambitious manager capable of motivating and developing people
Can make fast decisions and take full responsibility for them
