O pozici

To strengthen our management team, we are looking for an Admin Manager / (m/f/x) for our site in 76220 Querétaro, México.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility for admin functions (Finance, Controlling, Accounting and Human Resources)

  • Management of liquidity, financial planning, monthly and annual reports

  • Monitor financial performance and provide valuable insights to support management decisions

  • Manage HR administration and employee processes

  • Review and manage contracts to ensure accuracy, compliance and alignment with company standards

  • Close cooperation with the international headquarter

  • Optimization and further development of commercial processes

  • Ensuring compliance with legal, tax, internal regulations and labor law

  • Leadership and development of the commercial team

Your Profile

  • Degree in business administration

  • Several years of professional experience

  • Strong expertise in Finance, Accounting, Controlling and Human Resources

  • Experience in an international business environment is an advantage

  • Fluent English (written and spoken), German is an advantage

  • Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, combined with a high level of discretion
