YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Bringing our brand to life by developing and implementing visual merchandising strategies that reflect our central concepts and drive sales
• Styling mannequins and creating eye-catching, inspiring outfits that spark customer interest
• Sharing your know-how by training and mentoring the store team on visual standards and best practices
• Working closely with store management and the visual operations team to align merchandising with marketing campaigns and promotions
• Taking the lead on layout changes and window displays, making sure the store always looks fresh and on-trend

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• You have at least 3 years of experience in visual merchandising - but experience in FMCG or other service-driven environments is also welcome
• You truly care about delivering great service and creating a positive experience for customers and colleagues alike
• You're proactive, dedicated, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get things done
• You're passionate about fashion and lifestyle, and excited to share that enthusiasm with your team
• You speak English confidently - German skills are a plus but not required
