We are looking for new team members in Brno!
As a Customer Relations Agent at Waterdrop, you are the friendly voice and trusted guide for our customers. Your mission is to ensure every customer interaction is handled promptly, professionally, and with a positive, pro-customer attitude. You’ll answer questions, resolve issues, and follow up on concerns—always communicating in a clear, approachable, and solution-focused way.
What makes you a great fit:
- You are fluent in Polish and you have very good English skills. Some Czech proficiency is an advantage.
- Active listening skills, empathy, and a personal, pro-customer approach
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
- You are a team player with adaptability and flexibility
Your tasks in detail:
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests promptly via phone or email
- Maintain thorough knowledge of Waterdrop products, systems, and processes
- Address complaints and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience, raise ideas, and implement solutions
- Represent Waterdrop with enthusiasm and professionalism in every interaction
