We are not looking for someone to just "manage campaigns" - we are looking for a heavyhitter to take the helm of our performance marketing.

Your Mission

• P&L & Profit Ownership: You manage a monthly budget exceeding 10M CZK. You shift the strategy from vanity metrics (ROAS) to real business growth drivers: Contribution Margin and LTV.

• The Playing Captain: You lead and mentor the inhouse PPC team. You set the standards, perform account codereviews, and get your hands dirty on complex setups or key launches.

• Strategic Orchestration: You own the investment split across channels and international markets. You use data to decide where to scale and where to cut.

• Tech & Innovation Owner: You push the edge with tracking, scripts, and custom attribution. You own the experimentation roadmap (A/B testing) to lower CAC and unlock new volume.

• FullFunnel Alignment: You don't just harvest demand; you generate it. You align performance with brand video campaigns and ensure feed strategies (Mergado) support our expansion.

Proof of Excellence

• Senior Track Record: 5+ years in performance marketing (Agency + Inhouse combo with ecommerce experience). You have a history of managing multimillion budgets without burning cash.

• Business First Mindset: You know ROAS is not profit. You fluently speak Contribution Margin, MER, and CAC, and understand how topoffunnel activity impacts the bottom line.

• Platform Mastery: Deep technical expertise in Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Google Analytics, Microsoft Ads, Criteo etc. Experience with marketplaces and comparison engines is a strong plus.

• Data & Tech Stack: Advanced proficiency in GA4, BI tools, and Feed tools (Mergado/Dotidot). You understand attribution nuances beyond the default settings.

• Natural Leadership: You have led a team or are a senior specialist ready to step up. You know how to mentor juniors and elevate the team's collective output.

• Global Mindset: Advanced English is required for international expansion and tool management.
